On May 6th, Tauil & Chequer hosted in our São Paulo office "Regulatory Aspects of Churning." Our lawyers Leonardo Morato and João Carlos Areosa hosted Luiz Felipe Amaral Calabró and Tomás Centurione Leme Barbosa, both from BSM - Supervisão de Mercados, for a debate of the subject. From the point of view of BSM and the Judiciary, the lecturers elucidated how the practice is treated in Brazil, considering the interests of brokers, assets, autonomous agents and investors.
