Nathalie Jalabert-Doury gave a two day seminar in Nouméa, New Caledonia, on practical guidance to navigate the new antitrust rules and procedures applying in this jurisdiction, which are largely inspired from the French antitrust regime. The seminar was organized in partnership with the New Caledonian ICC and the New Caledonian competition Authority and Nathalie was invited to share the Mayer Brown experience handling antitrust issues procedures in France, in particular in the overseas territories.
