The supervisory landscape is changing:
- The Trump administration is modifying regulatory standards
- Congress has passed and the President has signed significant regulatory reform legislation
At the same time, other challenges persist:
- Federal and State supervisors continue to vigorously pursue enforcement actions that bring the threat of significant financial penalties
- State attorneys general are prosecuting financial services firms
- Class action litigations continue
Mayer Brown will host a complimentary full-day, in-person program that will deliver key guidance and targeted strategic advice. Presentations will focus on pending supervisory, transactional, enforcement and litigation developments. In addition, we will address trends in fintech and cybersecurity.
The lunch presentation will be on the Federal Reserve’s revision to the Volcker Rule.
Please join us at the Mayer Brown New York office on June 7 for our eighth annual seminar.

CLE credit for the program is pending.
