An expert faculty, including Mayer Brown’s own Colleen Tracy James and Gary Hnath, will cover the patent litigation process from start to finish, including actions brought in District Court and at the U.S. International Trade Commission. From the Rule 11 pre-filing investigation through the appeal in the Federal Circuit, you will learn essential practical details, such as how to prepare complaints and answers in a patent case, where to file a lawsuit, and how to prepare an effective defense, as well as the nuts and bolts of patent-related discovery.
