Our Building Blocks Classes aim to give trustees a better understanding of some of the key areas of pensions and trust law. Each class considers a specific issue or area which trustees are likely to encounter in their role.
On 13 June 2017, we will be holding a Building Blocks Class on DC governance. The class will cover topics including:
- how DC schemes differ from DB schemes and what this means for trustees;
- statutory governance standards and charging restrictions; and
- the Pensions Regulator’s code of practice for DC schemes.
