Financial Services Regulation in a Time of Change Materials

The financial crisis ushered in a host of sweeping regulatory reforms, including the Dodd-Frank Act and new prudential standards in the United States and the European Union. Just as financial markets started to adjust to those reforms, the UK voted to exit the European Union, and US President Trump was elected on the promise of sweeping deregulation, including in financial services. As we have done each year since the financial crisis, Mayer Brown hosted a full-day program delivering practical guidance and strategic advice for navigating the shifting regulatory environment, including related impacts on the transactional, enforcement and litigation landscapes.
