The ABA Business Law Section is holding its 2017 Spring Meeting in New Orleans next week and will offer over 90 CLE programs and many more committee meetings and events.

Financial Services Regulatory & Enforcement (FSRE) co-practice leader Thomas Delaney (Washington DC) will participate in a panel discussion on the challenges encountered by financial institutions that are subject to monitorships imposed through enforcement actions and settlement agreements. FSRE partners Ori Lev (Washington DC) and David Beam (Washington DC) will participate in a panel discussion addressing the CFPB’s enforcement actions against payment processors and what the industry can expect to see on this front in the future. FSRE associate Matthew Bisanz will moderate a panel discussion on post-enforcement action issues for financial institutions, including how those issues are viewed by different regulators.
