This month, the Federal Communications Commission issued its landmark Open Internet Order, in which it reclassified broadband Internet access as a common carrier telecommunications service under Title II of the Communications Act.

With an appeal virtually guaranteed, the Phoenix Center will hold a Teleforum next Tuesday (March 24) between 11:00 am and noon with industry experts to discuss the legal and economic implications of the Order.
