Gabriela Kennedy participated in the 6th Annual Sedona Conference International Programme on Cross-Border Discovery & Data Protection Laws, held in London.

Gabriela spoke on two panels at the conference, namely the “APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules” panel, and the “Discovery, Disclosure and Data Transfers in Asia: China and Hong Kong” panel alongside Alan Chiang, the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner.

The Sedona Conference is a non-partisan, non-profit law and policy think tank that brings together lawyers, experts and academics to discuss cutting-edge issues in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights. Working groups are created at the conference which produce principles, best practices and guidelines for these specific areas of law.
