Please join your peers for a discussion regarding the preparation of the resolution plans (living wills) required under section 165(d) of the Dodd-Frank Act. This seminar will focus on frequently asked questions raised by Foreign Banking Organizations in connection with the resolution plan preparation process. These questions include the following:

  1. The requirements for a tailored plan
  2. The treatment of offshore branches
  3. The determination of “material entities”
  4. The impact of recently issued guidance from the Federal Reserve and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on third-wave filers and many other questions

For those organizations that are preparing plans for 2013 submission, this session will give you a better sense of the resolution planning requirements under the Final Rule regarding section 165(d) resolution plans and help you develop your own planning process.
