Mayer Brown partners Jason T. Elder and Mark Uhrynuk will be among the speakers at the Practising Law Institute’s First Annual Institute on Corporate and Securities Law in Hong Kong. The two-day event takes place on 18th and 19th April 2013 in Mayer Brown’s Hong Kong office.

Mark will join a panel discussion to talk about the structure and process for the M&A market in Asia, including key drivers, outlook for activity in key markets and industries, recent developments and tactics in M&A structures, securities law and listing requirements for M&A in Asia, and the recent trends in going private transactions.

Jason will join a panel discussion to address the current trends and new products in the Asia debt markets, the risks and opportunity of PRC corporate bond issues, the structural issues of high yield offerings in Asia, and the capital structures and leveraged finance in Asia.
