Even with an increase in education regarding Intellectual Property (IP) rights, the state of IP law in China continues to be an emerging issue. China has made progressive strides toward developing laws that govern IP, but enforcement of those laws is a challenge for global companies.
Please join Kenny Wong, partner and head of the IP/IT Practice group in our Hong Kong office, for a presentation on the ever increasing changes in IP law in China. The discussion will focus on:
- The evolution of IP laws in China
- Identifying different channels to enforce your rights and choosing the right one
- Understanding the legal limitations and how to achieve the best results
