The Upheaval in the Subprime Market: The Direct and Indirect Effects of Same on the Structured Finance Market

Tuesday, January 22, 2008 6:30 pm
New York, NY

This program will focus on the major, highly detrimental impact that the problems in the subprime mortgage industry have had, directly and indirectly, on the structured finance industry (mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, collateralized debt obligations, asset-backed commercial paper, etc.). It is anticipated that a lively discussion among panel members and between the panel and the audience will occur. The program will be geared toward both lawyers and non-lawyers.
