- Represented the lender in a $250 million repurchase facility of non-performing and re-performing loans on one-to-four family residential properties
- Represented the lender, administrative agent, and collateral agent in a $300 million committed loan facility secured by single-family rental properties
- Represented the lender and agent in a $250 million repurchase facility of one-to-four unit residential mortgage loans
- Represented the lender in a $350 million repurchase facility of jumbo, performing, non-performing, and re-performing mortgage loans on one-to-four family residential properties and cooperative housing
- Represented the lender in a $750 million repurchase facility of EBO residential loans
- Represented the lender in a $100 million repurchase facility of single-family, townhome, condominium units, and multi-family residential mortgage loans
- Represented the lender and administrative agent in a $340 million committed loan facility secured by one-to-four unit residential properties
- Represented the borrowers in a $50 million financing of multi-state, single-family rental properties
- Represented an investment management fund as investor in lender in two credit facilities, valued at $84 million and $47 million, secured by equity of the borrower and the borrower’s subsidiaries which owned manufactured housing developments
- Represented Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank as agent to lenders in a $2.44 billion letter of credit facility and $544 million in funded debt for McDermott International, Ltd, an American and Panamanian-based global energy services company, in its successfully completed emergence from bankruptcy
- Represented Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank as agent to revolving DIP lenders in a $2.8 billion financing facility in prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring transaction for McDermott International, Ltd
- Represented Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank as lead arranger and revolving administrative agent in a $1.7 billion new financing for McDermott International, Ltd, which included immediate access to $650 million of financing comprised of $550 million under a term loan credit facility and $100 million under a letter of credit facility
- Represented the administrative agent and collateral agent in a $1.9 billion secured revolving credit, swing line, letter of credit, and daylight overdraft facility to energy and commodity trade companies, secured by all the assets of the borrower other than certain excluded assets
- Represented the borrower in a $65.6 million credit facility to refinance an existing credit facility in relation to a natural gas-fired combined cycle electric generating facility located in Maryland
