Overview
Eef is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of our Corporate & Securities practice focusing on growth-focused endeavors.
Eef advises businesses on acquisitive expansion into new territories and product lines. He also advises investors and founders on pre-IPO placements and fund-raising. Clients work with Eef to carefully plan and execute legal strategies with the aim of utilizing capital meaningfully and globally.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in New York, Eef was an associate in the corporate group of a premier international law firm’s Singapore office, where he advised businesses on cross-border transactions and M&A.
