Overview

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Axel-Philippe Trouche is an associate in the Employment & Benefits practice group of the Paris office. 

Axel-Philippe assists listed and unlisted companies, in the structuring of employee savings schemes and in the implementation in France and abroad, of a large variety of employee shareholding plans including: standard offers, with leverage, with discount, matching contribution and/or free share allocation, through direct shareholding or through a FCPE, in or out of an employee savings plan. He also advises on executive remuneration and incentives and assists listed companies on governance, ESG, diversity and securities law matters. 

In addition to his native French, Axel-Philippe is fluent in English.
