Megan Troy is counsel in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Megan represents benefit plans, plan sponsors, plan administrators, service providers, and other fiduciaries in the area of Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) litigation, including class action and multi-plaintiff litigation. This includes pension, disability, and health care claims for benefits; breach of fiduciary duty claims; Section 510 claims; 401(k) excessive fees claims; top-hat and church plan status challenges; cash balance conversion claims; stock drop claims; and multiemployer withdrawal liability assessments delinquent contribution claims.
