Jengeih Tamba is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Technology Transactions practice. Her practice encompasses a wide range of complex technology transactions relating to software licenses, business process outsourcing, support and joint development agreements, and technology transactions related to cloud services and software licensing. Jengeih has experience with transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and assisting government contractors with transactional and compliance matters.  

Jengeih is a 2016 graduate of the George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Black Law Student Association. While in law school, Jengeih worked as a legal intern with the Office of the General Counsel at the US Department of Energy. Prior to practicing law, she worked at a Fortune 500 company utilizing her finance degree and business expertise.
