Jengeih Tamba is an associate at  Mayer Brown and a member of the Technology & IP Transactions practice. Jengeih advises on a range of complex commercial transactions including those involving IT outsourcing, software licenses, technology transactions related to cloud services and software licensing and IT issues relating to major corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, including assisting with due diligence, negotiating transaction agreements, and advising on post-closing transition and integration. Jengeih has experience with other transactional matters, including corporate governance and assisting government contractors with compliance matters.  

Jengeih is a 2016 graduate of the George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Black Law Student Association. While in law school, Jengeih worked as a legal intern with the Office of the General Counsel at the US Department of Energy. Prior to practicing law, she worked at a Fortune 500 company utilizing her finance degree and business expertise.
