Giuliana Pasqualotti Barbin Torelli

Giuliana Pasqualotti Barbin Torelli is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. Beatriz focuses on financing transactions (onshore, offshore and cross-border) and regulatory matters, representing multilateral agencies, commercial banks, institutional creditors, corporate clients and their respective sponsors, mainly in relation to investments and development of infrastructure projects.

Giuliana also has experience in M&A, corporate law and capital markets law, working with publicly traded companies, especially in cases of mergers of shares, acquisitions and debt offerings in the Brazilian capital markets. Giuliana advised Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. - Eletrobras on strategic issues, in disclosures on the Brazilian and U.S. stock exchanges and on its corporate restructuring in the post-privatization period.
