Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Frank worked in-house at a private industrial real estate firm.

• A foreign investment company in the acquisition of a 635,000 square foot mixed-use office, residential, and retail development in Seattle, Washington, for $802,000,000.
• A foreign investment company in the acquisition of a 20,000 square foot office building in Washington, D.C. for $167,000,000.
• A developer in the acquisition, assemblage, development, leasing, and disposition of an 85-acre technology park in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
• A real estate private equity fund in land acquisition, formation of joint ventures and construction financing of several industrial developments across North America.
