Overview
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Camille Späth is an associate in the Antitrust & Competition practice in Paris.
Camille’s practice covers all aspects of European and French competition law including merger control filings, cartels, abuses of dominance and related litigations before the EU and French courts (including in private enforcement litigations). She also assists several leading groups in global competition law compliance audits and programmes.
Camille has developed sector-specific experience in a number of industries, including energy sector, construction & engineering, food and consumer packaged goods, postal and parcel delivery services. She also has experience in the preparation and handling of merger filings before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority.
Prior to joining the firm, Camille was a Blue Book intern at the Directorate General for Competition (DG COMP) of the European Commission and also spent a year working for another international law firm in France.
In addition to her both native languages French and German, Camille is fluent in English.
