Overview
Alex Scott’s work concentrates on defending professional clients faced with claims and regulatory investigations. Alex has experience in defending complex claims against professionals including accountants, solicitors, barristers, property professionals and pension scheme consultants. Alex has experience of interlocutory hearings and trial in the High Court, and worked on a large claim against a prominent tax silk in McClean v Thornhill [2022] EWHC 457 (Ch).
He joined Mayer Brown in 2020 as a trainee.
