Alexandra Saslaw is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office.  She focuses her practice on complex litigation, including consumer class actions and litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Alex represents technology companies, private universities, and other national and multinational corporations in all stages of the litigation process. In her appellate practice, she briefs cases in state and federal courts of appeals and the United States Supreme Court. 

Alex graduated from Yale Law School in 2017, where she was an Articles Editor of the Yale Law Journal and a member of the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic. Before joining Mayer Brown, Alex clerked for Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
