Ryan J. Silverman

Ryan Silverman is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Houston office and a member of the Global Energy and Corporate & Securities practices. Ryan maintains a broad M&A practice, representing private equity funds, entrepreneurs, management teams, and public and private companies in a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and project development.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Ryan served as vice president of a holding company that owned and operated logistics, trucking, commodities, and government contracting entities throughout the United States.

• Represented the management team of Wellspring Energy Resources, LLC in the formation of Wellspring Energy Resources and its equity commitment from certain funds managed by NGP Energy Capital Management, LLC to pursue non-operated oil and gas working interests, operated oil and gas development financings, structured transactions and other special situations in North America.
