Michael R. Sherman

Michael Sherman is counsel in Mayer's Brown Washington DC office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Michael's practice is focused on structured finance with an emphasis on securitizations and warehouse financing.

Michael regularly represents issuers, underwriters, conduits, financial institutions, hedge funds and other finance companies in a variety of asset classes including unsecured consumer loans, student loans, equipment loans/leases, credit card receivables, trade receivables, cell phone receivables, and mortgages. Michael has also represented clients in credit risk transfer transactions.
