Nick Rodriguez is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Nick focuses his practice on representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation, and civil, criminal and regulatory investigations. He has experience defending clients against claims brought under the federal securities and antitrust laws, the False Claims Act, as well as a variety of contract and tort claims. Nick also has an active pro bono practice, including criminal appellate matters for clients facing long-term incarceration, and immigration matters. In 2019, Nick was part of a team that won a nationwide preliminary injunction against a rule that made it harder for immigrants to qualify for waivers of the fee to apply for citizenship in the United States.
