Alexander Robinson is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Alexander has broad experience in complex business and commercial litigation in both state and federal court, with extensive experience in securities litigation representing sponsors, depositors, and underwriters in various civil and regulatory securities matters relating to mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations. His civil litigation practice involves representing clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. In addition to his securities experience, Alexander has experience in business torts, employment litigation, antitrust matters, bankruptcy proceedings and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2018, Alexander spent seven years as a litigation associate at another prominent international law firm based in New York. Alexander received his JD from New York University School of Law and his BA from the University of Michigan.
