Lailey Rezai is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. She focuses on securities and corporate finance transactions, as well as general corporate counseling.
Lailey advises issuers, investment banks, sponsors and investors in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, investment grade debt offerings, tender and exchange offers, at-the-market and medium term note programs and other capital market transactions. Additionally, Lailey assists both public and private companies with ongoing securities law compliance requirements and general corporate governance matters.
Lailey earned her JD from Brooklyn Law School, where she received the Lisle Merit Scholarship, the Public Service Award and a certificate in International Law. She earned her BA in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
