Admitted to the Paris Bar, Arnaud Pérès is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice of the Paris office.

Arnaud is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets and restructuring. He advises public companies on governance, compliance and other disclosure issues. 

Arnaud advised on numerous hostile and friendly takeovers, capital markets transactions, spin-off and other corporate transactions, particularly in a cross-border context.

Arnaud is a member of the Issuer Commission of the French Market Authority – Autorité des Marchés Financiers – and a member of the legal commission of the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA). He is also the author of several capital market or governance-related articles.

Arnaud is regularly recommended by both Chambers and Legal 500.
