Kayne Poole is an associate in the London Employment Group. She joined Mayer Brown as a trainee in 2012 and, as part of her training contract, spent six months working in-house for a global professional services, risk management, and insurance brokerage firm. She qualified into the Employment team of the London office in September 2014.

Kayne’s practice covers both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and she acts for clients across a variety of sectors. Her litigation experience includes acting for employers in the Employment Tribunal in cases involving unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

Her advisory experience includes drafting employment contracts for all levels of employees, reviewing staff handbooks and policies, and advising on issues relating to the termination of employment and settlement agreements. Kayne also supports the employment elements of corporate work, assisting with due diligence and advising on warranties and indemnities.
