Overview
Virginia Palitz is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, and arbitrations. Virginia has represented clients in dozens of FINRA arbitrations and also advises clients on employee mobility matters.
Virginia graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor of St. John’s Law Review. While in law school, Virginia was a judicial intern to the Honorable Joanna Seybert, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
Virginia is a contributing editor of Practising Law Institute’s “Securities Investigations: Internal, Civil and Criminal” Deskbook.
