Antitrust & Competition


Felipe has advised clients on antitrust matters since 2013, with experience both in the public sector and private practice. He focuses on antitrust law, competition advocacy, and competition litigation, advising both local and foreign companies from the following segments: automakers and auto parts makers, chemical products, consumer goods, entertainment, healthcare, industrial equipment, infrastructure, power generation, technology, and transportation.

Felipe has experience in the revision of commercial contracts/practices, design and implementation of antitrust compliance programs, corporate internal investigations, and the representation of companies in antitrust investigations, merger control filings, and in the negotiation of immunity and leniency agreements before the Brazilian Competition Commission (“CADE”). Furthermore, Felipe provides strategic advices in lawsuits and administrative proceedings carried out by other authorities related to antitrust matters.

Felipe is an associate of Tauil & Chequer Advogados.


Felipe has represented clients from different industries before the competition and other government authorities, including the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food, packaging, infrastructure, oil and gas, energy and telecommunications industries.
