Admitted to the Paris Bar, Judith Nayberg is an associate in the Antitrust & Competition practice of the Paris office.
Judith’s practice focuses on all aspects of European and French competition law. Her experience includes merger control, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance and litigation before EU and French courts. She has been involved in several merger filings with the European Commission and the French Competition Authority. Judith also has experience assisting clients in global competition law compliance audits.
Her experience covers a wide array of market sectors, including luxury products, building materials, retail distribution and postal services.
In addition to her native French, Judith is fluent in English and German.
