Marie Notter is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on complex litigation in federal court.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Marie was a volunteer attorney with the MacArthur Justice Center’s Supreme Court & Appellate Program where she participated in briefing cases in the federal courts of appeals and filing petitions for writs of certiorari with the US Supreme Court.
Marie clerked for Judge Jane R. Roth of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Chief Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School where she served as an executive editor for the Harvard Business Law Review. Marie received her BA magna cum laude from The Ohio State University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
