Overview

Pauline Moritz is a senior associate in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown’s Employment & Benefits practice. She advises national and international undertakings on all issues of individual and collective labor law and managing director contract law. Furthermore, Pauline has experience in providing advice on establishing and terminating (managing director) employment relationships and on preparing and carrying out reorganizations, outsourcing and staffing adjustment measures.

Pauline also focuses on the deployment of external personnel. She advises German and multinational companies with investigations by the relevant authorities – including customs officials – and with risks of personal liability, including criminal liability due to evasion of social security contributions.

Before joining Mayer Brown in 2017, Pauline worked for two other international law firms in Cologne and Frankfurt.
