Robert (Bob) Morgan is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s Houston office, practicing in the firm's Real Estate Section. Bob is an experienced transactional attorney whose practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the representation of public and private real estate companies and real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, ground leasing, management, and disposition of all types of properties, including shopping centers, mixed-use projects, office buildings, medical office buildings, hotels, industrial parks, student housing projects and multi-family projects throughout the United States. Mr. Morgan’s development experience includes the negotiation of architect, engineer, contractor, broker and property management agreements. He has been especially active in representing both landlords and tenants in complex leasing and ground leasing transactions for multi-level, multi-building, mixed-use projects in urban and suburban environments.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 1994, Mr. Morgan was a partner in the Real Estate Section of Woodard, Hall & Primm, P.C., in Houston, Texas.
