Overview

Stuart Miller is a Consultant of Mayer Brown. He is an aviation finance lawyer and has many years of experience in cross-border commercial aircraft financing, leasing and trading. He has acted for banks and other lenders, export credit agencies, aircraft operating lessors and airlines on a numerous variety of commercial aviation matters. He also acts on general aircraft transactions, including the financing and management of corporate jets.  Stuart acts for a range of aviation market participants, having advised lenders and borrowers, lessors and lessees, vendors and purchasers, and other industry participants on their respective interests across many different types of transactions and structures. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2011, Stuart practiced law in London, England, and prior to that in Auckland, New Zealand.
