Overview
Eduardo Moraes is an associate in the Real Estate Transactions and Investments practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, in the São Paulo office. He has worked in boutique, medium and large firms, in which he worked in the areas of real estate deals, real estate and corporate contracts and strategic real estate litigation in the defense of major players in the market. He has experience in advising clients on the most diverse real estate deals and contracts involving urban and rural properties, including the constitution of debts and guarantees, securitization of real estate receivables, typical leases, built to suit, sale and leaseback, buy to lease, acquisition processes real estate companies – direct or indirect –, and conducting real estate audits, real estate regularizations, real estate advisory for distributed generation and renewable energy transmission projects, Capital Markets projects – IPO, follow-on and real estate investment funds – and M&A projects.
