David T. Mills

David Mills is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Banking & Finance group.

David advises borrowers, financial sponsors, private and public companies, arrangers, lenders, commercial banks, investment banks, investors and financial institutions in the documentation, negotiation and administration of secured and unsecured debt transactions across a wide range of credit and financial markets. His experience includes first and second-lien financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, cross-border and multi-currency financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings and working capital financings in the form of institutional term loans, pro rata facilities and revolving credit facilities. David’s experience ranges across a number of industries, including, among others, industrials, financial services, restaurants, technology, insurance, food products and consumer goods.

Prior to practicing law, David was an associate in the leveraged finance group of a US "Big Four" bank. David also served as a volunteer with the US Peace Corps in Cameroon.
