Overview
Christine McMillan is an associate in the Banking & Finance group of Mayer Brown’s Houston office, where her practice centers on financing transactions in the oil & gas industry. She typically represents lenders, administrative agents and corporate borrowers on secured lending transactions, including reserve-based loans, acquisition financings and working capital lines of credit. These representations involve the negotiation and drafting of credit facilities, security documents and related agreements and the management of complex due diligence projects.
Christine has experience documenting volumetric production payments. She also has assisted clients with structured hedging products, mergers and commercial terms of service in the midstream space.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Christine served as a judicial clerk for Justice Willett on the Texas Supreme Court from September of 2007 to August of 2008.
