Si Cheng Lim is an associate in the International Arbitration practice in Mayer Brown's Singapore office. He has experience of a range of high-value commercial and investor-state disputes under most of the leading arbitral institutional rules (e.g. ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA and UNCITRAL). Prior to joining Mayer Brown, he was an associate in a leading boutique arbitration chambers. He has served as tribunal secretary in several large, complex arbitrations and served as counsel in arbitration-related litigation before the Singapore courts, including the representation of a Latin American power plant owner in successfully resisting an annulment application before the Singapore High Court in connection with a USD 129 million award (China Machine New Energy Corp v Jaguar Energy Guatemala LLC and another  SGHC 101).
