Timothy C. Lee is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Government and International Trade practices. Timothy’s practice focuses on a wide range of international trade matters, including foreign investment reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), foreign anti-corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) investigations, export controls, economic sanctions issues, antidumping (AD) and anti-subsidy (CVD) investigations, and customs-related matters. In addition to his private practice, Timothy's pro bono practice focuses on immigration cases, including representing asylum applicants in immigration court.

Timothy received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and his BA from DePaul University. Timothy is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
