Glenn Kunkes is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office. Glenn represents a broad range of financial institutions in the structuring and negotiation of an extensive variety of structured finance asset products with a focus relating to:
- representing (i) collateral managers in broadly syndicated collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions including resets, refinancings and EU Risk Retention compliant transactions and (ii) lenders in middle market warehouse CLO transactions;
- representing lenders and underwriters in FFELP and private student loan warehouse transactions and securitizations; and
- representing underwriters, depositors and sponsors in consumer loan securitizations.
Glenn received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his AB in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Glenn is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
