Catherine Kiwala is a Banking & Finance associate currently on secondment in Mayer Brown’s London office. Catherine represents corporate borrowers, investors, funds, lenders, sponsors, portfolio companies, investment management firms, and other parties in complex financing transactions. Catherine has experience in a broad variety of transactions, including fund finance, leveraged finance, private wealth lending, notes offerings, aviation finance and project finance.
