Overview
Lana Khoury is an Intellectual Property associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office. Lana’s practice focuses on patent litigation matters related to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, both in district courts, the International Trade Commission, and before the USPTO, as well as transactional matters. Lana advises clients on a range of intellectual property, technology, data protection, and privacy matters. Lana’s experience includes advising clients on IP and software licenses, data protection, and IP issues related to mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings, among other corporate transactions. She also has assisted clients with regulatory and compliance issues relating to the Food and Drug Administration.
Prior to law school, Lana conducted research relating to Mi-1-mediated resistance pathways at the University of California, Riverside.
