Emma Khoo is a senior associate in the Financial Services Regulatory & Enforcement and the Banking & Finance practices of the London office, focusing on non-contentious regulatory law.
She represents clients across the wider financial services industry, including banks, asset managers, funds, proprietary trading firms, broker-dealers and insurance firms.
She regularly addresses compliance issues and cross-border issues in the financial services sector, including the authorisation of financial institutions under UK and EU law, individual conduct (in particular the regulation of senior persons) and financial crime.
Emma is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked with financial services clients across most of Western Europe at a leading financial services data provider.
