Overview
Robert John is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown's Corporate practice. He advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions, mainly private equity investors and strategic investors. He also advises on corporate law including management buy-outs, acquisition and sale of companies, management participations, public takeovers, restructurings and joint ventures.
Robert has extensive experience in technology transactions, particularly in the telecommunications, aircraft and renewable energy industries.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2018, Robert worked for another renowned international law firm in Frankfurt.
