Tareah Ikharo is a Corporate & Securities lawyer in Mayer Brown's Los Angeles office. 

Her practice focuses on M&A, commercial transactions and general corporate matters. Tareah represents a broad range of clients in domestic and cross-border transactions including buyers and sellers in connection with stock and asset acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures; suppliers and distributors in negotiating commercial agreements; and founders in the formation and corporate governance of startup companies. In addition, Tareah counsels clients in connection with benefit corporation conversion and compliance, and navigating the B Corporation certification process.

Tareah represents US, non-US and multinational corporations and other public and private entities across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, financial services, professional services and media/entertainment. 

Tareah spent one year on secondment with HSBC Bank US’s global trade receivables finance group.
