Overview
Shirley Huang is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice in Mayer Brown's Hong Kong office. She focuses on funds and capital markets matters, including investment funds, structured products, securitisations, derivatives, secured lending and financing and debt capital markets matters, and SFC licensing and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Shirley worked as an in-house legal counsel in a reputable Chinese background financial institution in Hong Kong and a leading Hong Kong law firm. Her legal qualifications and her extensive in-house and private practise experience in both Hong Kong and PRC give her an advantage in understanding and providing top quality legal services to financial institutions and corporate clients, especially in complex cross-border transactions.
