Chadwick Hoyt is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. He focuses his practice on US and international structured finance transactions with an emphasis on mortgage related transactions. He has extensive experience in the purchase and sale of performing and non-performing residential and commercial mortgage loans. He also represents clients in connection with warehouse, repurchase and other financing facilities and securitizations of performing and non-performing commercial and residential mortgage loans and other real estate assets. He also represents clients in connection with servicing agreements and origination agreements, the purchase, sale and financing of mortgage servicing rights and the financing and securitization of servicing advances.
He also has experience in the securitization and financing of many other types of assets, including auto loans and leases, franchise loans and charged-off credit card receivables as well as in secured lending, leasing and leveraged leasing. Chadwick also has experience in corporate transactions, including the formation and structuring of entities, commercial transactions and joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and corporate restructurings.
Chadwick worked with Mayer Brown between 1996 and 2000. He rejoined the firm in 2007.
